1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Wrap the baking tray with a non-stick cooking paper 2. Peel banana. Then blend banana, soy milk and coconut oil with a blender 3. Mix flaxseed meal with water to form flax egg 4. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a big bowl. Then add in banana mash, flax egg and vanilla extract and mix well to form a thick batter 5. Pour the batter to the tray. Bake for 50-60 mins. Prevent overcook by testing the texture of the brownie by a toothpick
