Ingredients
Lotus Root | 1 Whole |
Olive Oil | Some |
Salt | Some |
White Vinegar | 5 ml |
Water | 500 ml |
Instructions
1. Slice the lotus root into thin slices
2. Mix the water with white vinegar, then soak the lotus root slices for 10 minutes.
3. Take out the slices and dry them with a clean towel.
5. Spread the slices in an air fryer, then spray some oil on the slices
5. Air-fry them at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
6. Take the slices out, sprinkle some seasonings of your choice then serve.
*The thinner the lotus root slices, the crispier you can get
*Using white vinegar can help to prevent lotus root slices from turning black
