1. In a large bowl, wash and soak 2 slices of dry seaweed until it is softened 2. Cut the soaked seaweed into slices 3. Cut the radish and winter melon into chunks 4. In a soup pot, boil 5 bowls of water, then add the seaweed, radish and winter melon. Cover with lid and cook for 20- 30 minutes until radish is softened 5. Season with a pinch of salt and serve
