Ingredients
Poke (tuna) | Poke Bowl |
400g sashimi grade ahi tuna | 400g cauliflower rice |
1 green onion, thinly sliced | 200g strawberry, hulled and quartered |
1 garlic clove, minced | 200g blueberries |
3 tsp, low sodium soy sauce | 1 avocado, sliced |
2 tsp, rice vinegar | 1 cucumber, sliced |
2 tsp, sunflower oil | 1 carrot, shredded |
1 tsp, sesame seeds | Optional, Thousand island sauce |
Instruction
Marinate the tuna with green onion, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sunflower oil, and sesame seeds for 15-60 minutes
Steam the cauliflower rice for 8 minutes or according to the package instructions
Cut the strawberries, blueberries, avocado, cucumber and carrot into desired shapes
Assemble the strawberry Poke Bowl and it is ready to serve
