Ingredients
Peels Deveined Shrimp | 140g |
Toasted Baguette | 8 slices |
Fresh Strawberries | 180g |
Minced Fresh Parsley | 1 tbsp |
Fresh Key Lime Juice | 2 tbsp |
Honey | 1.5 tbsp |
Chopped Pistachio Nuts | 8 |
Grounded cinnamon, salt, and grounded black pepper to taste | |
Instructions
1. Boil the shrimp until pink and opaque
2. Let the shrimp cool, then dry and dice it
3. Wash and cut the strawberries into small pieces
4. Mix the shrimp, strawberries and minced fresh parsley in a large bowl
5. Mix key lime juice and honey in a small bowl as the dressing. Season within cinnamon, salt and black pepper to taste
6. Add the dressing to the large bowl and mix thoroughly
7. Cover the large bowl and refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes
8. Spoon the shrimp and strawberries onto the toasted baguette slices
9. Sprinkle some chopped pistachio on top. Serve immediately
